Flipgrid (Adam @VSA year 4 teacher)- totally free as owned by Microsoft – https://flipgrid.com/. A platform for student voice through video, with discussions and community learning.
Makerspaces – Barry Lawrenson Carmel – https://www.makerspaces.com/what-is-a-makerspace/ – STEAM is an idea based on projects which involve students in authentic, complex problems over a period of time. MYP design cycle underpins the project, and reflects real life making of products. Could this be a chance for Art/design/ to have a block of time to do?
Voice and choice through student voice: How to implement a student planner in Senior School. Idea pf a survey to refine ideas, and a student leader came along to put them in place. A team was formed. So student voice really in action. Is this an idea for our student voice committee? Get them to address a need in the school. What would that be?

Students need to understand this way of data managing. There will be safer data storage, via better transparency.
It is a technology to help address the global goals (https://www.globalgoals.org/)
Teacher Tinker Days – Stu Lowe (Beacon Hill) Students live in a design world: opportunity for teachers to have a whole day off to try a design unit themselves. They go through what students do when they are asked to plan and attempt units. Idea being that this is a simple way for teachers to be able to support the students better in the process.
